What does the AMC cover?

AMC includes scheduled preventive servicing (oil, filter, coolant changes), engine inspections, alternator check-ups, load testing, breakdown response, and consumable replacements. Silver covers basic PM; Gold adds breakdown labour; Platinum adds spare parts coverage.

How frequently are services performed?

Typically every 250 running hours or quarterly, whichever comes first. For high-utilization sets, we adjust the schedule based on actual run-hours captured via remote monitoring or operator logs.

Is breakdown support 24×7?

Yes. AMC customers get a dedicated 24×7 helpline. For Delhi NCR, on-site engineer response is typically within 2–4 hours. For other cities, response time depends on the AMC tier and distance.

Can I take an AMC for a generator not purchased from Express Rentals?

Yes — subject to an initial inspection. If the unit is in serviceable condition we will offer an appropriate AMC tier. If it needs reconditioning first, we will quote that separately.
